Bit of a catch up..

Due to my lack of posting I have ended up with a  rather large backlog of photos which I would like to share with you all. It means that this post is a mixture of differing events that happened around the start of summer, and even before that!!

Back in March my parents came over to the UK, which was amazing and meant a series of cultural and family based events. This was kicked off with the Morris Motors Centenary in Oxford.

These are more than just old, classic, beautiful cars… they are a part of the history of Oxford. 100 years of car manufacturing has created thousands of jobs in the area and is an important but less known feature of Oxford.

It was then time for family, which meant a couple of different stops around the UK and some incredible classical music, courtesy of the Bach marathon. Oww and a lot of black and white photos and a few swans.

Then it was back to Cumnor, just outside Oxford, where the flowers had started to come through.

Finally to catch up to the summer, a brief but wonderful trip down to Newquay, Cornwall, to see my sisters and their mother. They were staying in a beautiful house just outside Newquay which allowed for a great walk through the countryside.

Thank you for your patience and I will try and maintain a more steady flow of posts. The next post, mid next week, will be about an incredible friend of mine who is cycling around the world, YES CYCLING AROUND THE WORLD!!
